Year after year most are left with a growing distaste for the service they provide, and miss the market that was once solely in their hands.
Did you know that Fishing Booker charges anywhere from 10% to a WHOPPING 30% commission on EVERY. SINGLE. CHARTER. booked through their service? They also choose to make it a rat race, allowing charters that are willing to pay a higher percentage to be bumped to the top of the listings despite factual reasoning. What was once a tool to build businesses and increase revenue has turned into crap shoot, hurting our local businesses who are already suffering due to high gas/diesel prices, unnecessary regulations, post-pandemic tourism drops, the list goes on and on.
All of our charters have their own websites! They all have their own booking services, because unlike Fishing Booker- they have been doing this for a VERY long time. They have built their well deserved reputations with hard work, visible results and the heart & passion that keeps the charter industry going during hard times.
Please keep this in mind when you are booking a charter. Here we operate under much different standards, we are all about community and helping everyone out first. No nonsense, our profit margin gets put directly back in to managing the exposure our charters receive so they can all stay in business.
Over the last 10 years so many well known charters and Captains have been forced to close their doors or consider doing so, this has to change. There was never a need for a middle man here, book directly through their websites or through this group. I assure you the satisfaction guarantee of a corporation will fall far behind the guarantee of the Captain tasked to take you out.
