Ferg’s Guide Service, one of the Inlet’s new Up-And-Comers, is a dynamic Captain duo with a lot of heart & passion. Captained by brothers Austin & Cole Ferguson this charter offers not only double the Captains, but also double the boats!
For inshore & nearshore trips you will be fishing on their 22 foot Pathfinder, powered by a 200 HP Yamaha 4 Stroke. For offshore adventures you will be enjoying their 28 foot Grady-White Sailfish, powered by twin 225 HP Yamaha’s. No matter the style of fishing, they’ve you covered.
Their team is new to the charter business but has been avidly fishing and navigating the waters from Ormond to Titusville for all of their lives. Take note that they have different favorite styles of fishing, which helps their clients in a unique way by passionately fueling both inshore and offshore adventures. Captain Cole loves the thrill of tarpon fishing because of the sheer size of the fish and the battle he knows he’s in for. Captain Austin’s favorite is trolling the Gulf Stream, because of the excitement that comes along with getting to feed the fish the bait and then sliding the lever up, knowing the fish is almost certainly yours.
While Cole & Austin agree that one the best parts about being a Captain is the spark in young anglers eyes after catching their first good fish, that’s not where they get their sense of accomplishment from. They get that from knowing that the love of fishing has been firmly planted in all of their young clients hearts forever.
